Independent Private Investigations, LLC. was founded by Rick McEldowney, licensed private detective and retired Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Investigator. 

His former experience, with both the Pennsylvania State Police and the U.S. Air Force, provides the utmost professionalism, knowledge, training and consultation services.
